Victoria has been part of the team since May 2013 and advises a wide range of owner managed business clients on taxation, accounting, succession and start-ups issues. Prior to her appointment at Unite Advisory she was the Head of Tax for a medium sized accountancy business in the UK. She has complemented her International qualifications by sitting Australian Tax and Corporations Law at University, together with the Chartered Accountants tax module and passed with flying colours.

Hilary is an Authorised Representative of Count and a Unite Advisory Pty. Ltd., and receives salary and superannuation remuneration.

Hilary began working in the financial services industry in 2005 and has been authorised by Count Financial Ltd. to provide financial advice since February 2015. Hilary completed her Masters of Financial Planning through Western Sydney University in 2018. Hilary is an Associate member of the Financial Planning Association and has specialist accreditation to advise in the areas of Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF), aged care, defined benefits and margin lending.

Sharon is a registered Tax Agent, holds a Public Practice Certificate and is a Fellow of Certified Practising Accountants (CPA) Australia. She completed a Bachelor of Financial Administration degree from University of New England. Sharon has been employed in public accounting practices since 1979 and joined the firm in 1984. Sharon provides specialist taxation advice, audit services and business information system solutions. She has expertise in services to large corporations, registered clubs, small business, charitable organisations and complex business groups.

Deborah is an accredited Certified Financial Planner^® (CFP^®) and a practicing accountant with a Degree in Commerce (Accounting major). She commenced her working life in the travel industry and also enjoyed a stint learning to fly. Deborah has completed studies to become a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). Deborah’s specialities include financial accounts and tax preparation and Business Activity Statements (BAS) for individuals, partnerships, trust and companies (both small and large). Deborah aims to value add for her clients by working with them to assist in achieving their short- and long-term goals.

Madeleine attained her Degree in Commerce (B Comm) at Sydney University, majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law. After leaving her position as senior tax consultant with one of the ‘Big 4’ accounting firms in Sydney to relocate to Coffs Harbour in 2009, and attained CPA status.

With broad experience across personal, partnership, trust and corporate taxation, Madeleine offers the technical expertise and attention to detail taxpayers need to meet their compliance obligations, but also practical advice and problem-solving to actively benefit your business.

Matt is a senior accountant at Unite Advisory. Following the completion of a Bachelor of Financial Administration at University of New England, Matthew has been a member of the Society of Certified Practising Accountant’s since then and gained his CPA status in 1996.

Matt specialises in the area of taxation and with over 23 years experience in the accounting profession he can offer professional, yet personal advice to everyone from individuals to large business.

As a qualified Financial Adviser and Authorised Representative of Count Financial Limited, Tracey maintains a professional relationship with clients, assisting in all areas of financial planning and wealth creation such as investment, superannuation, retirement planning, Centrelink, insurance and leasing. Tracey develops strategies to meet client’s needs and provides ongoing client service throughout the year.

Catherine has been a Finance and Mortgage Broker for over 15 years and had attained the Diploma of Financial Services, Finance/ Mortgage Broking Management. She also has a Diploma of Financial Planning (Dip FP) from Deakin University.

Catherine, has a broad depth of knowledge and experience with all operations of our business. Catherine has been assisting clients since the late 1990’s in obtaining finance for homes, motor vehicles and equipment. She also now specialises in all finance matters and gained accreditation with all lenders on our panel which includes commercial lending and reverse mortgages.

Catherine’s accounting experience has enabled her to understand complex business structures and financial statements when preparing loan applications. She is also a MFAA Credit Adviser, Member 48596 and a Sequal Registered Broker, number B2013-0879. Catherine is also a Justice of the Peace.
